Leonardo DiCaprio gets his Oscar engraved at the Governors Ball: "Do you do this every year? I wouldn't know.

DiCaprio, 41, has already racked up tons of awards for the role in which he portrays the real-life frontiersman Hugh Glass, who was attacked by a bear then left in the wilderness, trekking approximately 200 miles to find the men who deserted him.

When DiCaprio's nomination was announced in January, the actor was gracious.

"I am so grateful to the Academy for their recognition of this film. Making 'The Revenant' was one of the most rewarding and collaborative experiences of my life," he said in a statement. "None of this would have been possible without Alejandro's talent, vision and determination. Our dedicated crew also deserves to share in this moment. Together, they have created a truly unique cinematic experience. Congratulations to all of my fellow nominees this season. Thank you to the Academy."

Fast & Furious 7 shooting in Abu Dhabi on April

admin 23:03 Add Comment
Fast & Furious 7 is an upcoming 2015 American action film. It is the seventh installment in the Fast and the Furious film series. The film was written by Chris Morgan and directed by James Wan.

According to IGN Middle East report, Universal Pictures and the Abu Dhabi Film Commission today confirmed the much rumored filming for Fast & Furious 7 will take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE next month.

Besides having access to some iconic landmarks - stunt footage of which was shot in November 2013 by the visual effects team - the film also benefits from a 30% rebate on all production expenses. The incentive was launched by the ADFC in the hopes to accelerate Abu Dhabi as the first choice for production and post-production services in the region.

Filming of "Fast & Furious 7" was put on hold in December following the death of star Paul Walker in a car crash.

A crew filmed some helicopter shots, stunt footage and other scenes in Abu Dhabi in November, A&P report added.
